Is your car ready for Law 59/2026?
Since 1 September 2026, a car lent to an operator can only be driven by its owner. Tick what you already have.
It must be in the car owner's name. If it is currently in your operator's name, the policy is redone in the My Roove fleet name before you switch.

Questions about switching
Will I lose working days?
We agree the date with you. With My Roove you are active within 24 hours once your documents are complete. How long your current operator takes to release you depends on them, so only ask to leave when we have everything ready.
Can I keep my TVDE insurance?
Yes, if it is in your name as the car owner. If it is in your current operator's name, you need to redo it in the My Roove fleet name before you go live with us.
Do I pay anything to join?
There is no joining fee. You pay €29.90 in weeks you drive and €0 in weeks you don't.
Can someone else drive my car?
No. Under Law 59/2026, a car lent to an operator can only be driven by its owner, registered by name at IMT and on the apps.
When do I get paid?
Every week, with a detailed statement in your control panel.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Leave whenever you want with 5 working days notice.
What about the mandatory TVDE sticker?
When IMT publishes the rules, we handle the request. The sticker cost is paid by the car owner.
